Booking terms and conditions

These terms apply to bookings for The Collaboration Question (“the event”), organised by Thesis House Ltd, trading as Wonkhe(“Wonkhe”, “we”), of 31–35 Kirby Street, London EC1N 8TE (VAT registration GB230992407). By ticking the box and completing a booking you confirm you have read and understood these terms, which form a binding agreement governed by English law.
Registration and payment
- Places are limited and sold subject to availability.
- Card bookings are paid in full at the time of booking and confirmed immediately by email.
- Invoice bookings secure the place at the time of booking. An invoice is issued to the billing contact and is payable within 30 days. Payment must be received before the event date; Wonkhe may refuse admission where payment has not been received in advance.
- All bookings are subject to confirmation by Wonkhe, which may decline or cancel a booking (with a full refund of any fees paid) in cases of error, suspected misuse, or ineligibility for a restricted rate.
- The Wonkhe subscriber rate is available only to verified staff of subscribing organisations; Wonkhe may reclassify a booking made at an ineligible rate and invoice the difference, or cancel and refund it.
- Advertised rates exclude VAT; VAT-inclusive totals are shown before you pay, and VAT receipts or invoices are provided.
Cancellations, refunds and substitutions
- Bookings cancelled 30 days or more before the event (that is, by Sunday 4 October 2026) are refunded in full.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days before the event are not refundable.
- No refund is made for non-attendance, whatever the reason (including disrupted travel or illness).
- Substitutions are free at any time: you can change who attends via your booking's manage link, or by emailing events@wonkhe.com.
- Cancellations and changes of details should be sent to events@wonkhe.com.
Cancellation or changes by Wonkhe
- Wonkhe intends the event to go ahead and will cancel only in exceptional circumstances, but reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time. If Wonkhe cancels, delegates will be informed as soon as possible and offered a full refund of event fees.
- Wonkhe cannot reimburse accommodation or travel arranged in relation to the event.
- Wonkhe may amend the programme, speakers, venue and other details, and will communicate changes to ticket holders with as much notice as possible.
Conduct
- Where a delegate's conduct is unacceptable in Wonkhe's reasonable opinion, Wonkhe may require the delegate to leave the event; no refund will be made.
Filming, audio recording and photography
- The event may be photographed, filmed and recorded, with images, films and podcasts published on www.wonkhe.com and thecollaborationquestion.com. These materials and their contents are the copyright of Thesis House Ltd and may be used to publicise future activities and events.
- If you would prefer not to be photographed, please tell the event organisers on the day. If you would prefer not to be filmed, please refrain from asking questions during recorded sessions.
Communication
- Wonkhe will email delegates with information about the event before and afterwards (joining instructions, programme changes, follow-up materials).
- Delegates may be added to Wonkhe's weekly newsletter, which can be opted out of at any time via the unsubscribe link in any edition.
Liability
- Delegates are personally liable for any loss, liability or costs (including reasonable legal costs) they incur in connection with the event.
- Wonkhe accepts no responsibility or liability for loss of, or damage to, the personal belongings of event participants.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
